How much does this cost? Who pays for it - my Organization or the Audience Members?
Organizations usually pay the small per person expense. However, QRNotes can be configured to have the member offset their expense.
Can Audience Members sign-in use an existing account they already have with my Organization?
Yes! On our "Best Plan" you can enable single-sign on (SSO) for your organization.
Is there a non-profit pricing?
QR Notes pricing was designed with non-profits as the primary customers. With that in mind, sadly there is not an additional discount for being a non-profit.
Can smaller groups in our Organization use it as well?
Yes! Just make sure you have the right number of Messages in your subscription.
Which video hosting services do you use?
We use Vimeo, but as long as your service can initiate playing based upon a time stamp QR Notes should work as expected.
Can I migrate older videos that don't have QR Codes?
Yes! Contact Professional Services to talk about migration options.
Can I use this for an event?
Of course! Contact us and we'll talk about unique pricing for your event. Pricing will depend on how many distinct Messages there will be and how long you'd like the Audience Members to be able to access their content.
